In this period I’m the management trainee relay position for Quality and Manufacture department to learn the products knowledge and produce techniques. After the this period, Qua HR&Training manager, I was responsible for establish and consistently maintain a standard training system, design and update yearly training plan and budget according to the training needs analysis for different level. Conduct needs analysis and mapping out training plan and develop E-learning training programs. Rich experience with internal audit and quality audit in general organization.
Coach business culture throughout the whole group, set up employee career plan, develop 5 training courses and training the employee, such as “Professional Manners”, “TTT”, “Time Management”, “Presentation Skills” and “Effective Communication”.
